Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for bookings made through the Bloom Experience promotion.

Cancellation Windows

48+ hours before your appointment

Full refund. Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning date and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

24–48 hours before your appointment

Partial refund or service credit. Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full-value credit toward a future service, at your choice.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment

No refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time are not eligible for a refund, as our team has already been assigned and prepared. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for genuine emergencies.

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible:

Rescheduling

If you need to change your cleaning date, contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Company-Initiated Rescheduling

In rare cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date. You may also request a full refund.

Promotional Offer Note

The Bloom Experience $150 discount is applied at the time of booking. If you cancel and rebook later, the promotional pricing is not guaranteed to be available, as it is limited to the original number of promo spots.
