These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ever Clean House Bloom Experience booking website and the cleaning services booked through it.

Services

Ever Clean House provides residential deep cleaning services in the Raleigh, NC area. By booking through this website, you are requesting a one-time deep cleaning service at the address and date you provide.

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices are displayed in US Dollars and include the Bloom Experience promotional discount where applicable
• Payment is securely processed by Stripe
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed

Service Area

The Bloom Experience promotion is available only in our Raleigh-area service zone, including but not limited to: Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Garner, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Wendell, Zebulon, and Clayton.

Scheduling

• Services are available on weekdays (Monday–Friday) only
• The arrival window is 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM on your selected date
• Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance
• We may need to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or safety concerns at our discretion

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure access to your home at the scheduled time
• Provide accurate address and contact information
• Secure pets during the cleaning service
• Notify us of any hazards or special considerations

Limitation of Liability

Ever Clean House is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during service, please notify us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, up to the total service fee paid.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
